Scientists, Engineers, Planners, Inc. (EMS), established in 1985, is a multidisciplinary consulting firm consisting of
more than 30 environmental scientists, engineers, and planners with a combined expertise in virtually all aspects of environmental and engineering consulting.
Our main office is located in the Orlando area, with branch offices in St. Augustine
and DeLand. Most of the EMS staff have chosen to stay with the company for many years. This allows for continuity of project management and long-term client relationships.
Our staff includes: permitting specialists, civil engineers, environmental planners, ecologists, wetlands biologists, wildlife biologists, botanists, limnologists, geologists, hydrologists, chemists, and archaeologists. Our staff certifications include Professional
Engineers, Certified Environmental Professionals, Certified Environmental
Planners, Professional Wetland Scientists, Certified Wildlife Biologists, and Professional
Geologists. Many of our staff are Army Corps of Engineers Certified Wetland Delineators.
